- least skilled in the group at pritty much everything
- slow to pick things up and often need things explained a number of time before i get it
- lack of concentration and easily distracted
- forgetful

- get better at drawing / modelling
- get to know people better
- team work experience
- learn new tech stuff
Threats
- slow worker
- easily distracted
- repeated asking for help and/or re-explanation will potentially annoy other group members
- bringing down the project due to lower standard of work
